I'm playing on mobile (Android) and the map, store and social tabs open up but pvp, backpack , pokedex and trainer tabs also I currently can't teach moves or use items at all. Anyone else having this problem?

Same thing for me, I just started playing, thought I would try it on my phone. I was thinking maybe my fingers are just too fat for the buttons.

I'm really sorry for the delay and the inconvenience.

Could you please try to follow the here below procedure and tell me if it solves your issue:

  • Delete/Unistall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files (make sure to not have any other PRO file on your device)
  • Restart your smartphone
  • Download a new browser different from the one used before
  • Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD

There was some people having this issue, but they resolved with a restart and a clear reinstall like that. (and not a simple uninsta--reinstall).
