What have you done before the problem was there?

First time donated from de web page and the secondo from "get coins" from de game, and just recived 100 coins

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

log out several times... still i am not sure if i get 200 coins or membership and 100 coins

if you donated from those two options you should have 100 coins and membership active.

Check your membership status here: https://pokemonrevolution.net/Account.php or ingame in the upper left corner (there should be a red star, if you hover over it it will say "membership")
