Hello

I know currently there 2 regions Kanto and Johto and max level is 100.

In future there will be more regions I guess/hope.

For future regions will the max level increased or do we hv to start over?

will the gym leader's pokes in future regions will hv 100+ lvl pokes ???

You have to start over in every new region with brand new starters and you'll not be able to have any previous region pokes until you defeat the region in which you are.

As stated by @Serena, you will start over and you need 8 gym badges to be able to use your Pokemon from previous region and no max limit of Pokemon will be 100.
