So I went to the safari zone ms and it said if i was here for an event. I said yes and went in. I then proceeded to surf for 5 minutes to realize that I couldn't find any pokemon and i saw another person next to me doing just fine. And then when I talked to the dude to leave the safari i was at a loading screen and then got ejected out of the game. Fix this now.

Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time as for when the issue will be found/solved, however we will personally update you as soon as we will have any information about that.

Regard your money, i'm sorry to inform you that we cannot refund you as, unfortunately, we have not a way to check those logs yet. Also, it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc.

I'm sorry to disappoint you but i hope you can understand.

Nevertheless we will work on the issue in order to make sure no one else will experience that as we understand that the loss of your progress is frustrating and no one should experienced that.
