hi i just downloaded the game and its my first time playing. i just realized that there seems to be no music or any audio from this game. i have tried going to options and raising the volumes up but no sound can still be heard from the game. anyway my laptop audio works fine as i could hear audio from other apps.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Could you please try to check the mixer of windows to see if the audio is mute from there? If not, could you please try the following and see if it solves your issue:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too).
   
2. Restart your computer/device
   
3. Download again the game from HERE
