Hi, after updating PRO all pokemon, npcs, and characters were black on the map.

I asked for help in the discord server but all attempts failed, then I was redirected here.

I already tried downloading CCleaner and removing all caches, then reinstalling PRO, but that didn't work.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try now again the following and see if it solves your issue:

1. Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Only after that run CCLEANER to make sure to delete anything else.
   
2. Restart your computer/device
   
3. Download again the game from HERE
   

 

If that should not solve your issue, could you please check if your graphic driver is up to date and tell me what is your operative system?
