Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Gold server was down by the time you posted this thread, therefore that's the reason you could not login into Gold server but you could in Silver server. You should now be able to login properly, as the server is up. In the future, please refrain from making a post about servers' status, because as stated in General Support rules:

 

  1. Do not ask about the server status here. Your topic will be locked instantly.
