What have you done before the problem was there?

I didn't do anything I started the game up about 45 mins ago. I was in Q then the game randomly disconnected from Que and now I can no longer Connect. I see 1875/1875 at the top right of the screen. But myself and my sister cannot connect.

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I have closed the game. cntrl alt deleted everything to do with pokemon and tried refreshing my IP, but no dice....
