From Johto to re-start game Kanto with all in the account

I've logged in my old account that were in Johto, but when I logged in I was in the opening with almost of my itens and my pokemons.

Can't pass Pallet Town 'cause eevee mission. There's no eevee to defeat, but the message appears saying that I need to talk to him.

I've lost my bike, rod and HM's. However I still have some pokes from Johto.

I'm sorry for the delay in the reply.

I would like to inform you that i have forwarded an unmerge request to our admin as it seems you have selected the wrong server while merging and this is not really a suggested thing as it can lead to several bugs as you have experienced.

Once unmerged you will be able to merge again, choose the correct server and have back all your progress.

Please be patient as you wait to be unmerged.

Remember to not make any trades in your Silver account in the while and take note that there is not an estimated time for when your account will be unmerged as our admin may be busy.

 

Please, let me know if you have any further questions in the while you get unmerged.

Thank you for your patience.

I would like to inform you that your account has been unmerged and you can now merge it again.

You will need to merge your accounts by log in the DASHBOARD and merge your accounts.

I checked your account hanniibal and it seems like you have 70 hours on the Blue Server, so if you want to have back your progress you have to select Blue Server as your main server.

 

To merge your account you can use the following guide under the spoilers:

Log into your dashboard and click the [Merge is required] button:

Select the desired merge option; once you get the successful merge dialogue, you're done!

I also suggest to read the EVERYTHING ABOUT THE MERGE for questions you may have and if you should experience any issue while merging.

 

In case that, after the merge, you should still get the Invalid Password/Username error, please go ahead and change your password from the WEBSITE-FORGOT PASSWORD, ensuring that it is alphanumerical (characters from a to z and from 0 to 9)

 

Remember that you are able to play, with your old progress, only on the Silver Server since the server transfers are closed in this moment.
