Varunkverma Posted April 17, 2019 Share Posted April 17, 2019 Hello, I'm facing issue with the pro client. I'm not able to access Pokedex, bag and other side menu options just below the Pokemon list. As you said that you have downloaded already the client multiple times, could you please try to change the gui scale-hud and any graphical setting in the game-settings and tell me if that was able to solve your issue? Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Restart your device Download again the game from HERE Unfortunately it seems like you are the only experiencing this issue, or one of the really really few, so we might take a bit to understand what is causing this issue, i'm sorry for the inconvenience. I'm not able to use my bag so I'm stuck at a point I cannot move any further. I have a one plus 6 t. Kindly, check for new solutions. Thanks and looking forward to your reply.
