I would like to inform you that Gengar CAN learn Sludge Wave, from the move tutor in Celadon Game Corner (Stairs), for a fee of 15.000 Pokedollars. Celadon is located in Kanto region. Also, the move is properly coded and works perfectly. In the future, should you search for a move, use the command ^info nameofthemove (Example: ^info Sludge Wave) in our Official PRO Discord server , in #bot-commands channel. If for any reason you lose money but still you teach the move, please delete all PRO-related files and re-download the client from here. Let me know if you need anything else.
