What have you done before the problem was there?

I connected to my account in an other country as where i live (i connected in germany instead of france) and played for a minute before being disconnected

 

What have you already tried to solve the problem?

I tried to reconnect but it now says that m'y account is banned

I already checked the website, it doesnt give any reason

I only fought à wild pokemon before being disconnected, what did i do wrong ?

I play since last week, it never happened before
