мне передал друг clumperl чтобы его эволюцинировать но его закинуло в покецентр и я его не могу вытащить отуда пытаюсь но нет толку

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that when you are currently playing the story of a region, you will be able to use only the Pokémon native of that region, meanwhile all the one native of other regions will be locked in your pc until you have the 8th badge of the region you're playing or, if you haven't unlocked the region the Pokémon is native from, until you have unlocked that region.

Therefore, as you're currently playing Johto's story, and you have not started yet Hoenn, it is intended to have Clamperl locked into your PC and you will be able to use it only after you will have started the Hoenn's region.
