Givwar Posted April 22, 2019 Share Posted April 22, 2019 Hello im posting here because i cant whrite in bug report, So, im in goldenrod center, i buy thunder attack and im going to give it to my gastly, but I hesitate, so im going to search on web what spells can learn gastly, and i decide to have Hypnosis, dream eater, shadow ball and finally thunder.... BUT, Meanwhile in the game, i got disconnected, when i reconnect, i've seen the windows where i can choose what attack i want to replace for it, so i choose "night shade" and i continue my path, im going to try this new spell, but i dont get it, and not in my bag too, but the money was used .... So, i decid to buy thunder again, and when i use it on my gastly this time, thunder just disappear from my bag, and i keep my old attacks.... to sum up, i've use 11 000 pkdollars, and i dont learn any attack, it happened on 22/04/2019 between 7h30 and 8h00 ps: sry if my english is bad, im still learning.... Hi @GivWar I'm sorry for the inconvenience. It is possible that you are experiencing an error that happen sometimes when you try to teach your Pokémon a move or it try to learn it through level up. To fix that, could you please try the following procedure and see if it fixes your error: Delete all the PRO Files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Then download CCLEANER and run it to make sure to delete anything else. Restart your computer/device Download again the game from HERE After you've downloaded again the latest client, please try to teach again the move to your Pokémon and the issue should be solved. Do note that, unfortunately, we are not able to refund you of your money as it would be unfair to those that accepted their losses due to a bug if we would restore your money and not their money/progress etc. Most important, our current TOOLS do not permit us to track the shop logs and ho money get spent, so we have no way to verify and refund these kind of things. Hi @GivWar I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Are you sure that you have followed what has been said above step by step? Also, did you try to do that today using a move that doesn't cost much and see if you experience the same error even today? Looking forward to your reply, have a wonderful day!
