I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please download a new browser and try to resend the email change with that?

Also make sure to click on the "reset password link" most recent.

For example, if you will have 2 password reset, one received 10 minutes ago and the other 8 minutes ago, the one received 10 minutes ago won't work and will give you an error.

I tried it on Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, even Safari on my phone. Nothing works. This is the error message I get (https://gyazo.com/97fa85c90bf557270ed5db1af836287d )

Yes, I know that only the most recent works. I've had it send me a new link 100 times, and I always use the newest one. Nothing works.

I don't get why you can't have special characters in your password in the first place. So frustrating.
