Hi there. Please follow these steps!

1. As a champ of Sinnoh, you can take any PC teleporter to the Fight Area, or alternatively, you can speak with the sailor in Snowpoint City.
   
2. When you arrive in the Fight Arena, just North-East of the PC you should see the entrance to the Battle Tower.
   
3. Continue North through the area (there is a PC to the far orth-West corner of the area) until you reach a tall building which is the Battle Tower.
   

To register, you have to speak with the Registration Officer. This will allow you to battle in the 2nd floor of the Battle Tower. You also have to pay the registration fee which is 15,000 Pokedollars. Please do note thaat there is a 4 day cooldown upon completion of a Battle Tower Run.
