Introduction : since this guide is intended for one pokemon to solo the whole elite 4, gyarados of lv 100 is used/tested.

A level 95+ may also be possible but is untested. If anybody managed to beat e4 with a lower level

please inform me in the comments so that I can update the requirements.

 

A decent iv of 20+ for both atk and spd are to be considered as well.

 

Other than these stats, you may need about 5 leppa berries.

No potions or revives required.
