I have full condition to use surf.

After press Space button (my interact button set) to surf nothing happened, i can not move, but i can do everything else (chat, open pokedex,...).

How to fix this? Thx in advance.

Is this a one time only, or does it happen every time you use surf? If it is just that one time, it is usually fixed by restarting the client.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please try to follow the here below procedure and tell me if it solves your issue:

• Delete/Unistall the old client of PRO and delete all the remaining files
  
• Download the latest client from PRO WEBSITE DOWNLOAD
  

Do note that sometimes a restart of your device may be required in order to delete/install the application.
