The in-game effect of Quick Feet is the following:

 

-While a Pokémon with this Ability has a status condition, its Speed is increased by 50%. Additionally, a Pokémon with this Ability does not lose Speed due to paralysis.

 

Which means that your Mightyena needs to be burned from Flame orb, in order to get the Speed boosted by 50%.
