Accelgor has the Highest Spd base stat among all non legendary pvp usables (none of legendaries faster than Accelgor r catchable). My accelgor has 31 spd IVS, which makes him fastest (it ties with other 31 spd accelgors in terms of speed (also accelgors are rare), but my accelgor also has 31 spatk)

Electrode and Ninjask are both faster. You should really do your research before assuming. Even if you’re basing this off of gen 6, Ninjask is still faster.

Thanks for correcting me, I read it in a Website that Accelgor is fastest non legendary Pokemon.
