I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

After checking your account it seems like you have battled already Symphonia and this should be the reason of why you should not be able to see her again.

Could you please try to continue the quest by battling Indragiri in the Ilex Forest (top right)? Remember that to battle him you need a Illumise OT.
