Hey there, would love some solid advice has to what I should evo my eevee's into.

In my opinion :

 

- eevee n°4 -> Umbreon.

- eevee n°8 -> Vaporeon.

- eevee n°9 and n°10 -> jolteon (if hp ice only).

 

The rest is not pvpable in my opinion and should be a waste of time to lvl up them. But if you really want to do it, 11 -> flareon and 6 -> glaceon could be maybe decent for pve.
