I would like to inform you that the requirements you need to meet in order to obtain the gracidea flower are the following:

  • Have a Pokémon with Magic Leaf in team
  • Have 100 Oran Berry

Once you meet these requirements, please talk with the major in Breezy Town house 1 and select the third option. Afterward interact with the bookshelf and head to the gracidea flower patch which can be found here following the green arrow:
