Shaymin form

I was change my shaymin to sky form,but i'm forget to set up that move set,if i change back to land form,i can change to sky form again or not?

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that you are able to change the form of your Shaymin as many time as you want, there is not a limit.

To do that, just interact with the obelisk in route 224.
