Hi @sagitario25 I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you that in order to evolve Misdreavus you do not need a level up while the pokemon hold the item. To evolve your Misdreavus you have to open your inventory, from there click on your stone and then click on Misdreavus and it will evolve.
