client freezes then closes itself

The Pokemon Revolution PRO client will sometimes at random show a pokeball with a ! beside it a loading bar will happen itll fill up with green as most loading sequences do then the client will immediately freeze and a couple seconds after will close itself and i can't figure out why it does this it has happened twice since i have downloaded and started playing it i have only experienced it on gold server because i have only so far have played on the gold server if someone could please help that would be great

Could you please tell me what antivirus do you use, your windows version (10, 8, 7) and if 64bit or 32 bit?
