I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that your issue and it has been forwarded to our developers, as they are the one that create the client, that will look into that.

Unfortunately, there is not an estimated time as for when i will be able to give you any news about it, however we will personally update you as soon as we will have any information about that.

 

In the while, could you please tell me what antivirus are you using and the path where the PROClient folder is locate? (e.g C:\Users\Name\Documents\ProClient\)

I dont install other antivirus, just the default windows defender in win10.
