Could you please try to allow the unknown sources from your settings following this guide: HOW TO ENABLE UNKNOWN SOURCES After that, please delete your current PROClient files and redownload them from the DOWNLOAD PAGE Please, let me know if you have been able to solve your issue, have a wonderful day !
