Markoscrete2 Posted May 6, 2019 Share Posted May 6, 2019 I uploaded a similar thread yesterday at General support section and got no awnsers and no help. I hope this will change this time. My pronlem is: I was battling entei guardian to get my 2nd win. Then the server crashed and i got disconnected. After some hours i logged in again and the entei guardian didnt let me fight him again and also seemed like we had battle just a momment ago bcs the time was 12d 23:59:... So i lost my streak and now i have to wait 1+ month to get 3 wins and encounter entei. Its not my fault that the server crashes all the time and i kindly request you to fix this and let me.encounter guardian again so i can get my win. I wouldnt post this but by the rework you did with python i could fight him without a problem after the server's crash. So fix this or at least answer to know that my post is seen. Unfortunately, i regret to inform you that we are not able to refund you of your lost money/progress, reset the cooldown of the boss or give you back your consecutive wins because, unfortunately, our TOOLS do not allow us to check consecutive wins and therefore currently lack of the system to give them back to players. However, our developers communicated that they will try their best to optimize our TOOLS in order to permit us to have a better check over these things, and many others, and therefore permit us to give a better help to players in these situations in the future. Please, take your time to read below: Lost by crash issues (Including disconnections and rollbacks) Some times when the game crashes/stuck, you might lose your a bit of your progress. Keep in mind that game is in BETA and crashes can happen any time. You will not be given anything you lost in a rollback/crash/stuck as it's responsibility. Please take the time to read the following thread Hit by a rollback. We are so sorry for your case, however, it will not have any action go further for your case. The reason of why the boss cooldown have not been reset after the crash is because the server didn't experience a normal crash, but first just kicked out all the players and this is why the cooldown wasn't reset. Also, i would like to inform you that we are aware of the issues related to the status of our server, and i can assure you that our Developers are working on a fix and that fixing them is our main priority in this moment, as we understand that frequently disconnections may be frustrating. I know it can be frustrating to lose part of your progress, but i hope you can understand why we cannot fulfill your request.
