I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that the only way to level up your Pokémon is battling wild pokemon, trainers and using rare candies.

There is no other way to level them up. During the story it is relatively easy to level them as you can find a lot of trainers of your same level. I can suggest you to get Pokémon such as Gengar and Gyarados in case you're still completing the story.

In case you've already completed the story and you're just interested in level your Pokémon, the most suggested places are the Cerulean Cave, Victory Road, Mt. Silver and you can know how to reach-access them by checking our HTASA: HOW TO ACCESS SPECIFIC MAPS.
