I have an arcanine lvl 70 and watching pokedex i see that he can lern outrage, fire blitz, but he never lerns it… I try to go to the move re-lerner too but nothing. (my other pokemons too)

Hi there. Apologies for the delay in response. Outrage and Flare Blitz are moves that you will have to teach your Arcanine while it is still a Growlithe. Arcanine doesn't learn any moves apart from Extreme Speed at level 34 and a few other moves through the relearner. In order to teach your Arcanine Outrage and Flare Blitz, you'll have to use the Pre-Evo move tutor found at the back of each daycare. You can access the Daycare by completing the Egg Moves Quest. Once in the Daycare, enter the area behind the old couple and it should take you to the Pre-Evo move tutor.
