A player ask me to teach his pokemon egg move so i agree he give his two pokemon using land trade for 20 minit i take his pokemon and teach 2 egg move but when i give them back they didnt learn that move why?

I would like to inform you that this is not a bug, but more of a mechanic and it's intended. Quoting from the Lending trade guide:

10. My friend changed the EV's, Moveset and evolved it, what can I do?

• The Pokemon returns the same way you gave it to him, so everything resets back!
  

As you can see, the Pokemon will return with the same Moveset / EVs, so using lending system for services such as this one is not ideal. Let me know if you have any further questions, have a good day!
