bugged headbutt trees in cerulean

Hello PRO staff

after the last update, I noticed some of the new trees in cerulean town were bugged. When you try to use them you freeze for a few seconds and nothing happens. I made several attempts and I have no idea if it's just me or everyone. I'll add pictures of the incriminated trees as soon as possible.

I can accept failure, but I cannot accept not trying.

Yes. It turns out the NPC IDs were already taken most likely.
