i cant re-learn spore move on my adamant parasect

its arealdy level 99, its pain if i trained again from beginning :Nervous:

 

please help me

your pokemon need to have stun spore-moves to learn spore

 

im leaving here, if anyone got same issues

Sometimes it helps people if they learn a new move and than relearn it again on the move relearner.
