I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I would like to inform you that this happened because you recently merged your account and the merge randomly sort your pokemon into your account and therefore you finsihed to have Kanto Pokémon in your party while playing Johto's story, which should not be possible.

However, i've moved all the pokemon native of Kanto into your PC and left only Cyndaquil in your party, as it was the only one native of Johto.

 

Could you please log and check if your issue has been solved and let me know if you have any further questions?
