I cant promote Member to Officer!!!!!

Hello, i need help to promote any member to Officer. Btw im Guild Ladder with RazielLysander acc.

I create the guild like 20-25 days ago, to my frieds, but i cant promote to Officer and i cant change the guild leader. The guild name is "SadSquad".

Help pls!!

I create other Guild, but is bugued, btw i can resolve this, only pass the leader with command "/gleader username" and leave the guild. Return and pass the leader again and your guild isnt bugued, YOU´RWELCOME!!!!!!!

I'm sorry for the inconvenience and the delay.

Could you please make clear if you have been able to solve your issue?

If not, could you please try to do the following:

1. Demote the one wanted to be promoted to Officer, to Initiate
   
2. Kick him from the guild
   
3. Invite him back
   
4. Try again to promote him to Officer.
   

If that should work then proceed and try this:

1. Pass the leadership to that person
   
2. Get kicked
   
3. Then reinvited and given leadership back
   
4. Then promote back to officer and that should work.
   

You can also try to use the commands instead of rightclick on the name of the player: /gpromote <Username> , /gdemote <Username> , /gkick <Username>
