Time happened: May 20, 2019

 

When I went into the Cerulen city house 3 then I talked to Furtifk then he told

" I have lost my shiny Charizard.I saw him flying toward the Snowpoint city , probably to melt some more Snovers."

"Arghh he didn't learn his lesson last time"

"If you manage to find him I will reward you Handsomely"

If it is a quest can anyone tell details about it please.

I would like to inform you that, despite it may be seen as a quest, it's just a dialogue.

In fact, even if you would bring a shiny charizard to them you would not get anything back and your charizard would not get taken.
