I've just merged my old account into silver server but it doesn't allow me to join it.

I've also tried to reset the password, more than 5 times, but I'm still waiting to receive an email which will let me do it.

I'm sure that character name and password are correct because I can join gold server easily. Inside Discord a guy recommend me to reset the password, that's why I'm trying to figure it out, but it seems that I'm also not able to do it.

 

How can I fix my issue and play the game with my old account?

Therefore, could you please tell me if the issue has been solved? If not, what is the username of the account?

Yes the issue has been solved.

I've got an email after 24 hours and I've changed the password. After that I had the chance to join.
