I have all the requirements to do the celibi quest and I followed the mega thread but for some reason the scientist says he cant give me the gs ball becus he trying to open it dont knoe how else I can continue is there any thing I have to do to make him give me it ? I have all seen data for jhtoto and enough evos please help so I can move forward

I'm sorry for the inconveniene.

I would like to inform you that in order to catch Celebi you need to have both Kanto and Johto pokedex complete. That means all the caught data of the obtainable pokemon and the seen data of the legendaries. With that said you're currently missing some pokemon caught in Johto:

Meganium

Feraligatr

Jumpluff

Espeon

Qwilfish

Magcargo

Piloswine

Porygon2

Blissey

 

Could you please catch them and then try again to receive the GS Ball from the scientist?
