Hey, I have ran into an issue where I cannot give my pokemon any moves. I am currently in Johto but I am afraid that I cannot progress any further.

 

Cannot use the move relearner, (it takes money from me, but doesn't let me teach the move) hm/tms do not work it tells me in chat that I have taught my pokemon w/e I used but the skill set does not change. I have tried relogging multiple times to no avail.

I am also pretty sure that when I level up I am not offered moves when I am supposed to such as lvl 15-38 gastly no move prompts.

 

hopefully someone can help, thx !

 

edit: I reinstalled and can currently use the move relearner to replace moves once again, will try lvl up a few times and see if I gain moves

 

edit2: I leveled up and learned a new move so all is fixed now can close thread thx.

This is a bug where sometimes it won't let you teach or learn any move to your Pokemon by any way teachable(TM, Tutor or Move Relearner).

If this bug persists I suggest to re-download the client from: here.

 

As your issue has been solved I'll proceed to lock this thread.
