  3. Hello SexyGirl, I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I would like to confirm you that in Eumi island you can encounter shiny Pokemon with the same chance of 1/8192, or if you want percentage is 0.01220703125%, and I want to clarify that you cant encounter shiny Pokemon in Headbutt Trees, Diggable Patches, Excavation Sites, and Pokemon that are encountered by interact in the in-game world (For example Snorlax on route 12). Also encountering 8192 Pokemon doesn't guarantee you to face one in the encounter 8192, I could say it by own experience and many other could confirm it, so I wish you the best luck hunting your shinys in our game! There are no shiny encounter booster by the way if you ever wonder. Please let me know if you have any further question, and if I was able to answer all your questions.   7. Hello kairi65, I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You're experiencing an error that happens when a Pokemon tries to learn a move by any way teachable. This includes by level up, TM, Move Tutor and Move Re-learner. In order to fix this problem please follow the next procedure: Delete all the PRO files that you have (.zip and remaining files too). Restart your computer/device. Download the game from here. After you've done all the steps the error should be fixed letting you now teach your Pokemon a move by any way teachable mentioned before. Unfortunately we are not able to refund you any amount of money you could have lost due to this error as it would be unfair for those who accepted their loss by bugs and errors if we restore your money and not the their money or progress. Also our tools do not let us track how the money of an user get spent or how their items were used so we can't verify and refund at all. I'm sorry if this wasn't what you expected to see but I hope you can understand it. Please let me know if you have any further questions, or if your issue has been solved. Have a good day.

I'm also glad to tell you that all bosses has a third time reward, however if you fight reworked bosses in easy difficulty they won't give you that extra reward as fighting them on that difficulty doesn't count for consecutive rewards. About the rewards you can get from bosses: the old bosses have a set rewards, which you can check by writing ^boss (name) in #bot-commands on our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, and the reworked bosses you may get rewards varying by the difficulty you chose. For a better understanding on how the reworked bosses work please read the list below: Easy: Pokemons have no EVs and no held items, and a weaker moveset compared to other difficulties. Medium: Pokemons have 252 EVs in each stat, and hold items. Hard: Pokemons have 400 EVs in each stat and hold items. However you, as a player, won't be able to use in-battle items for example revives. Here you have a list of the Re-worked Bosses where you could also check, a little below on that site, the not reworked ones and a full list of all available to fight.   12. Hello OfficialOPOG, I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I would like to inform you that Medallion items can not be sent through letters, which includes the small MS medallion. However it can be traded to another user, except of the mini medallion of 3 days which is no way trade able. I'm glad to tell you that Rivalry is indeed coded and working properly as it is not listed in our official thread for broken moves and abilities that you can find here: LIST OF BROKEN MOVES & ABILITIES IN PRO. I would also like to inform you that our developers are working on a new Battle/PvP code from scratch that is planned to rework all the Battle and PvP scene by, hopefully, implementing all moves and abilities working, making a space for a lot of new features. In the first time this was announced our developer said he needed around 2 months, but we can't give any estimated time on when is it going to be released as it might take a little longer or even a little less so it is really hard to give any estimated date. The servers sometimes experience an error leading them to crash affecting not only you or me but the whole players who were active in the time the server crashed. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do in order to help you now because if we give you a second chance to re-battle it would be unfair for those who already accepted and waited for the time to pass to battle again. However I would like to tell you that the re-worked bosses, you can find the list here, have an implemented way to allow you to re-battle if the server crashed as if you disconnect during the battle it will still say you lost the battle. As your Boss is not re-worked you are most likely to have to wait for the timer to finish. When several crashes or inconveniences are caused in the server we sometimes offer a little compensation gift to our users as an apologize only if it was caused by our end. In normal circumstances the following text will be applied: If the server is going into downtime it will be first announced in our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD, and then when the time is approaching will be announced in-game. We can't offer a reconnect feature due to technical restraints, for any further information about updates or changes them will be made in our Discord so please join so you won't miss anything. We have re-checked your case and we could find out that you actually have 2 accounts associated to your email, so you are probably confusing your account named "KelvenaSkye" with this account you made this thread. If that was the case, if you haven't please download the latest PRO client from here, then please log into your DASHBOARD and proceed to merge your account selecting your main server: Blue. Also please read the SERVER MERGE FAQ and GENERAL MERGE FAQ for questions you may have and if you have any issue while doing your merge. After you've done so I also suggest you that in your DASHBOARD you change the email from your main account in order to be able to change the password as it might happen errors due to being linked to two accounts the email and it might be required if you get the Invalid Password after your merge.
