Attack and HP: 25+

Defense and special defense: 20+

 

Speed has to be 31 IVs, Attack or HP can be like one or two points lower, if the other stat is higher (for instance, HP can be 23 if attack is 26). Defense and special defense MUSTN'T be lower than 20 IVs
