I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused, and I would like to tell you that our game is still in BETA and server crashes may happen in any time, and what happened with your case is that when you disconnect while fighting it will lead you back to the last PokeCenter visited.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to verify how was your money and items used, and if we give you your money back it would be unfair for those who already accepted their loss not being given any compensation by bug, errors, and server crashes.

Our developers are constantly improving the game in order to have the less inconveniences while playing it, so please be patient and I hope you understand. Any upcoming announce about new features, changes and downtimes will be said in our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD so please tune in so you won't miss any news. You could also type ^up in the #bot-commands channel to check the server status.
