Unfortunately right now we are not longer offering the Name Change service as stated in the main thread here: NAME CHANGE, ACCOUNT RESET, AND SERVER TRANSFER - MAY 2019, saying that we would be receiving requests until May 27th, 2019 GMT+0 00:00. and we don't have an estimated time on when we will offer this service again.

You also needed to post it in that thread too, not here in general support.
