Why are there so many crashes nowadays, its a daily occurrence, how is it worse than last year?

I'm sorry for any inconvenience and for the delay on your issue.

The servers sometimes experience technical issues leading them to go down for a while, by now them should be up and ready to play.

 

As for how is it worse than last year, our developers are constantly improving the game in order to have the less inconveniences while playing it, so please be patient and I hope you understand. Any upcoming announce about new features, changes and downtimes will be said in our OFFICIAL PRO DISCORD so please tune in so you won't miss any news and downtimes. You could also type ^up in the #bot-commands channel to check the server status.

I would also like to remember you that when the servers experience many crashes we sometimes do offer a compensation about it.
