Did you try opening with a different device to see if that was the issue?

I do not know if it's just me but just when I was digging, it's quite annoying I can not do anything else I'm frozen another thing was that I had a problem with connection lost but then it worked even now my character was frozen in a part of the map without being able to do anything

Did you try opening with a different device to see if that was the issue?

No, what I really tried was to change internet service but it still gets frozen
