Manyamand Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 (edited) Hello, my username is: manyamand I recently merged my account (which I haven't used since 2017 when Blue, Red & Yellow servers existed) and I can't access it, my son did the same and he can play as regularly on Silver Server (we did the same procedure when choosing the merging options) but I can't, I can join the Gold Server, but I can't join the Silver one, when I go to the Dashboard it appears that my account is active on both servers and there's my playtime on the Silver one (aswell on the Gold one), but I can't join. It says wrong username or password. Thanks a lot for reading and your time, if you could help me with this issue I would be very grateful, greetings from Mexico :) Update: I'm doing this update as the same time I just /bumped the post, I tried logging to my account and now instead of saying wrong user/password it tries to connect and says ``Connection Lost´´ but it doesn't change nothing in the screen, so everything is still happening on the log-in screen. I hope soemone can help me in my situation, thanks a lot :) Hii Manyamand, As You had said you are getting wrong username or password after doing merge, it is because after doing merge you need to change your account password through the dashboard then after changing the password you can log in and play the game. For more details/FAQ about merge check out this thread here Q: I've already merged both my Red and Blue account but I'm still getting an "Invalid Password" error! What do I do?! A: If you have already merged your data for the Silver server and get an "Invalid Password" error when logging in, please go ahead and change your password here, ensuring that it is alphanumerical. And about the connection lost it was due for the server crash, I prefer you to join the OFFICIAL PRO Discord and you can ask for the server status in #general or you can check the server status by typing ^up in #bot-commands of PRO Official Discord Server or in any server where PRO Official Bot Reborn is present. And I think your problem will be solved but still for information, you can Bump your thread once every 24 hours. I hope it will be helped you, Have a Great Day! Kind Regard, Arlon It actually solved my problem and thank you a lot :) I think why it might happen, I changed my password since I couldn't remember it, and I changed it before the Merge, so maybe that messes up in someway with the merging and player info in someway? anyways...thanks again and saludos desde México :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
