Rumors say it would be today or tomorrow, but I think there should be an official date confirmed by staff, because for example, in my case, I'm in the top 25 but on 23 / 25th place and run the risk of not finishing in the top 25 (which is my goal). And the rewards should be confirmed too, because if they aren't the same (x prize for the top 1-5, y prize for the top 5-10, etc.), players would try to climb, even at the risk of lose and go down.
