You can find the teams for most / all the reworked bosses on the pro wiki. Just google for the boss you search for.

 

Besides that i dont think there is a guide but there are some pokemon who work good in general against bosses like snorlax, clefable, slowbro etc.

A friend and myself are working on a guide but due to recent rework of already reworked bosses and some others we have to fix some strats that do not work. It will take some time to get a full guide up, we will probably start with kanto bosses to give players some help already. Be patient and stay tuned. It is also possible that somebody else posts a guide before ours so keep checking the forum ;)
