Some people do not care about the name they use. Not everyone has a tag they stick with for everything. So this kind of limitation wouldn't really stop the reason they do not allow account deletion.

I understand that it won't be put, I don't know why some games have and others insist on not having it but it's fine.

And it's not about the starter it's just about maybe enjoying the game all over again without having to worry about names.
